Whose fault is it any way ?

A Texas bill promises to make it more not less difficult to divorce. How? By removing the ability of getting “a no fault divorce”. If this law passes; one spouse would have to prove in court the other committed adultery, cruelty, felony or abandonment. No longer could a spouse asked for divorce without claiming the fault of the spouse or having the other spouse agree to the divorce.
